Josiah and Shannon McGaughey, owners of Vivian, announced they are bringing Hungarian cuisine to the River Arts District for one night only in December. This one-of-a-kind dinner will feature a 6-course meal of traditional Hungarian food, as well as wine pairings from two Hungarian wineries and one Slovenian winery, provided by Kate Stamps, the owner of Rise Over Run Wine.
The dinner will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 3 from 6-9 p.m. at Vivian, located at 348 Depot St., Suite 190 in the River Arts District in Asheville. Free parking is available in the Vivian parking lot and on Depot Street.
While Vivian’s Owner and Executive Chef Josiah McGaughey is known for his love of French food, Hungarian cuisine is a close second.
