The Asheville condo located at 75 Broad St. in downtown, which was featured in HGTV’s Ultimate House Hunt has been sold.
More than 1.5 million votes were cast to determine the winners among 66 finalists in eight categories: amazing kitchens, beachfront homes, countryside retreats, curb appeal, downtown dwellings, homes with a history, outdoor escapes, and waterside homes.
The home’s marketing and sale was a tag-team effort by real estate broker Brent Russell and Luxury Marketing Specialist Sandra Alguire. Working alongside the entire Beverly-Hanks marketing team, the pair placed the condo on the global stage, receiving over 9,500 views on beverly-hanks.com.
The Asheville condo received the most votes in the downtown dwellings category, reflecting the home’s exceptional appeal to HGTV.com’s dedicated audience of home enthusiasts.
“The sale of this beautiful downtown Asheville condominium reflects the culmination of the efforts by the seller to revitalize a historic building downtown and the marketing expertise of Beverly-Hanks, REALTORS®, partnering with HGTV to gain national interest in this home,” Russell said.
The luxury condo is located in the heart of Asheville’s popular central business district. At a closed sales price of $2,850,000, the condo sale now represents the highest sale in downtown Asheville.
“At Beverly-Hanks, we don’t believe in trumpeting records for record’s sake, but we love helping our clients achieve exceptional results. Brent’s absolute dedication to serving his client well led to global accolades,” Alguire said.
