Second Saturday returns to the River Arts District, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., June 12, with galleries swingin’ open their doors to welcome visitors for a day filled with art, adventure and entertainment.
There are more than 200 artists in the 22 buildings throughout the district. Many of them open during this monthly event to describe or show their techniques and share their inspirations. Meander the mile-long district and discover workshops, live music, wine tastings and more.

The Magnetic Theatre One Act Play Festival runs June 11-13
Presented over the course of one weekend at various outdoor locations throughout our River Arts District, these dozen plays have been painstakingly selected from over 500 submissions from all over the world. Artist Paige Houghton will be painting on large window panels discussing how she creates pieces that look like stained glass and the variety of loose, natural fibers used. Trackside has impeccable COVID safety precautions in place so visitors can fully enjoy the art.
Wedge — 115 Roberts St., 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
