The Asheville Bread Festival is partnering with New Belgium Brewery for a centrally-located space for its 15th Annual Bread Festival, taking place Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14 at 21 Craven St. in Asheville.

Proceeds from this event will support Slow Food Asheville, a nonprofit that supports agricultural grain diversity.

The event is a celebration of natural leavening with an artisan bread fair, hands-on workshops, baker’s dinner, master class, and more.

The Artisan Bread Fair features some of the region’s best bakeries, mills, and purveyors of bread-related products. It is free and open to the public so everyone is invited to come out Saturday morning and meet your bakers.

You can register for the workshops now at https://www.ashevillebreadfestival.com/2019/workshops.
