Bacon is a Type 1 Carcinogen (same category as cigarettes) according to WHO (World Health Organization). So, publishing a recipe for candied bacon is irresponsible.

This is not coming from some radical vegan agenda but from a perspective of public health. You wouldn't write a story on how cigarettes ease anxiety or stress (which they often were promoted for doing) so why post a recipe for bacon, a known carcinogen?

Be better.
