Take a Visit to Jackson’s Petting Zoo

Jackson’s Petting Zoo is open so come by and visit the animals this season.

All the animals are anxiously waiting for their friends to come and love on them.  Babies born during the winter are anxious to meet their new friends.  During the past winter, eight baby goats and several bunnies were born.

One of the goats is mute,  he can not make normal sounds.  Because of this the mother rejected him, so the Jackson family has fed and cared for him.  Named Donald, he is a total cuddle bug who thinks he is a dog.

Boo the Kinkajou had his one year check up and he is doing great.  M.A.C. (Milk and Cookies) the calf has continued to grow and thrive.
