Diana Krall Brings Jazz to Asheville on Feb. 11

Diana Krall

Multiple GRAMMY® Award-winning jazz pianist and world-renowned singer, Diana Krall continues with the 4th North American leg of her international “Turn Up The Quiet World Tour.” She will be jazzing up the U.S. Cellular Center on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m.

The “Turn Up The Quiet World Tour” is shaping up to be one of the biggest in Mrs. Krall’s career.  Her familiar band of Anthony Wilson (guitar) Karriem Riggins (drums) Robert Hurst (Bass) & Stuart Duncan (fiddle) have been wowing audiences with material from Krall’s stunning latest album Turn Up The Quiet (Verve Records).

Turn Up The Quiet holds significant importance as it was the last recording Krall made with her long-time mentor and collaborator, producer Tommy LiPuma, before his sudden passing last year and is dedicated to his memory.

Diana Krall is the only jazz singer to have eight albums debut at the top of the Billboard Jazz Albums chart. To date, her albums have garnered five Grammy® Awards, eight Juno® Awards and have also earned nine gold, three platinum and seven multi-platinum albums. Krall’s unique artistry transcends any single musical style and has made her one of the most recognizable artists of our time.

Tickets are $60/$115. 87 Haywood Street, Asheville.  Visit uscellularcenterasheville.com for more information. To purchase tickets, call 800-745-3000,
